Returnable Items

ltems eligible for return/refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt must meet the following criteria.

1. Defective items that arrive damaged/broken or soiled.

2. ltem received is incorrect size/color.

3. The unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise does not meet your expectations within 30 daysof receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

OnlyCocoKicks.com do not accept returns for the following.

1. ltems outside the 30-day warranty period.

2. ltems that have been washed, worn, used or misused.

NOTE: All returns must be identified by the CocoKicks customer service team. Merchandise returns without return communication confirmation will not be accepted.

Returns Process & Time-Frame

Please follow our returns process carefully to minimize any delays.

1. If your item is returnable (see above), please contact us with the following information:

Order number;

Product name;

Reason for return.

2. CocoKicks customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with our return address.

3. Please return the merchandise according to our instructions on the RMA form and send CocoKicks proof ofreturn in the form of a tracking number and a valid return receipt.

4. Once CocoKicks receive the returned item, Coco Kicks will email you and arrange a replacement or refund within 3 days.

Please allow 3-6 business days for our after-sales team to process your request. After this, please note the following refund times:

For credit card refunds, please allow 7-14 business days for the transaction to be processed.

For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.

For Wallet refunds (store credit), please allow 24 hours for your account to be updated.

Return Shipping Costs & Address

CocoKicks goal is to provide a service that benefits all of our loyal customers. All our other global customers can return items to our warehouse. Before returning an item, please always contact us by submiting a ticket to obtain a R.M.A form(Return Merchandise Authorization) and the relevant address.

1. All shipping costs are borne by the customer. This includes shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are not refundable.

2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping cost. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method available.
